In this course we will learn about the most recent etiquette rules in writing modern business emails. The course also tackles with the importance of emails for marketing and advertisements. The course consists of an introduction and three sessions. Each session tackles a different notion

Description

In the introduction, we will speak briefly about the importance of emails in modern business communication. We will find out why email is the most efficient and the most effective medium in commercial correspondence. 
In the first session, we will speak about the importance of emails for marketing and we will also find out the most important aspects of a marketing campaign. 
In the second session, we will learn how to make a clear concise message, and the importance of a subject line and how to write it properly. We’ll also have some examples about good and bad subject lines. After that, we’ll speak about the professional email address and how to make your email concise and more efficient. We’ll also discuss how could your email be acted on easily and see some examples about good and bad URL implementation. 
In the second session, we’ll discuss how to maintain formality and professional image. We’ll find out the importance of the formal tone and have some examples about formal and informal emails.
In the last session we’ll speak about the general format of a business email regarding greetings, closings, and the signature. And in the end of course, we’ll have some examples illustrating the format and the final shape of a business email.
